Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send the form?
Within 24 hours we confirm feasibility, price and lead time. If you go ahead, we send you a digital proof and manufacture once you approve it.
What affects the price?
Mainly the size, the model, the number of units, the shape and the lead time. We go into detail in our guide how much a custom logo mat costs.
What if I don’t have my logo in vector format yet?
When we reply, send us whatever you have, even a photo. We’ll get it print-ready at no extra cost.
