How much does a custom logo mat cost? What drives the price
Every mat is made to measure, so there’s no single price list. What there is, though, is a handful of factors that account for almost all of the price. Once you know them, you can request a quote with exactly the right details and compare offers properly.
The factors that set the price
1. Surface area
This is the main factor: the price rises with the square metres. We make anything from 30 cm per side up to 12 × 1.96 m in a single piece, and join pieces for larger spaces.
2. The model
The fibre weight, thickness, edges and washing temperature all vary. The A3 is designed for long runs on a controlled budget, and the A8 is the top of the range, with reinforced edges and 60 °C washing. If you’re unsure, our guide to choosing a model sums it up in four scenarios.
3. Quantity
There’s no minimum order, but orders for many units —a chain of shops, a network of dealerships— get special rates.
4. Shape
We make rectangular, square and round mats. Tell us from the outset, because it changes the cutting and finishing.
5. Lead time
The usual lead time is 15 to 19 days from when you approve the proof. If you have a fixed date, tell us when you request a quote and we’ll find the best solution.
What shouldn’t cost you extra
- Preparing the artwork. If your logo isn’t in vector format, we get it print-ready at no extra cost.
- The proof. Before manufacturing we send you a digital mock-up showing the size, colours and logo position.
What to send for a price within 24 hours
- Sizes (length × width) and number of mats.
- Where it’s going: entrance, reception, pit box, stand… It helps us recommend the right model.
- Your logo or design, in whatever format you have.
- The date you need it by and the delivery address.
With that, we’ll confirm feasibility, price and lead time within 24 hours, in Spanish, English, French or Italian.
How to compare quotes
For two prices to be comparable, they have to describe the same thing. Always ask about:
- the fibre material, its weight (g/m²) and the total thickness;
- the type of backing (nitrile rubber, NBR, is non-slip and resists oil and hydrocarbons);
- how it’s printed: whether the colour goes into the fibre or sits on top;
- reaction to fire (ours are Cfl-s1 under EN 13501-1);
- the washing temperature;
- whether the price includes the proof, artwork preparation and delivery.
